Blank Reply

One of my users replied to an email and the email showed up blank. However,
if the recipient clicked reply, she saw the text. This happened throughout
the whole string. His sent item showed the body as blank as well, and if you
clicked reply after opening the sent item, the text showed up again. Has
anyone seen anything like this?
