Blank password during setup

's Computer Specifications

Can I set a blank password during installtion on a Windows 2000 server
installtion? I am being asked of this for an audit. Being that I always
set a password I'm not totally sure. If anyone can tell me if it is the
same for Windows Server 2003 that would be great. Otherwise I will post
in the 2003 group.
