Hello, here is my problem:
When I go to a site like "Costco" to upload pics from my pics file to
Costco
>( then pick the prints up at the store)... upon clicking the "upload photos"
> it goes right to a totally blank (white) page. NO error message... nothing!

I'm using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6

Try with a different browser like Firefox.
