Yes, sorry, I should have known. I was talking to a friend in the SBS
division @ Redmond office about this the other day, she told me
someone here would probably take note of this.
My IE is all the way up to date to the point that I have the patch
released a couple of days ago to fix those nasty bugs for spoofing the
Address bar data and allowing remote code execution by clicking on a
link.
Here are the pertinent details you're requesting + extras:
Microsoft Windows XP Pro 5.1.2600 SP1 Build 2600 (HAL: 5.1.2600.1106
[xpsp1.020828-1920])
Internet Explorer 6 SP1 (6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633, Update
versions: SP1; Q330994; Q818529; Q822925; Q828750; Q824145; Q832894)
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5703)
Exchange 2000 SP3 (I'm installing the post-SP3 rollup as I type). I
initially started out with Exchange 5.5 on the network and upgraded
later. An upgrade to 2003 is in the near future. We are not using
SBS.
I am patched up to the most recent updates as of about 5 minutes prior
to this post being made. I leave Windows Update on to download
updates and usually install immediately after arrival. I visit the
website for non-critical update download (everything but drivers) once
a week.
Need any other information? If I don't respond promptly, *bump* me
with an email to the account above.
