I have a user who is using Outlook 2007, when she clicks on an email, the
preview area is blank, with the exception of the letter 'T', and it's not
just from one particular person, she's getting this from different senders.
It's almost like the start of the messages says Thank You, but nothing is
appearing except for the first letter. Does anyone have any idea what could
be causing this? Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
