Blank Message Bodies - Java Corruption?

Hello. We're experiencing a problem with certain message formats
causing blank message bodies in Outlook & OWA. The most prevalent
association I've found is the charset format - HTML message bodies
formatted in ascii (Content-Type: text/html;charset="us-ascii") appear
properly - whereas HTML messages formatted in utf-8 are appearing to
be blank (Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8).

This is only -randomly- happening on 3 or 4 clients (Office 2K & 2K3,
fully updated & patched) - these users have received other utf-8
message with proper content.

Another oddity is the body source code, ascii is formatted properly,
and these blank messages have line after line (40+ pages worth) of:

Then down towards the bottom it has proper HTML formatting:

Is this some sort of Java corruption?
