blank lines after city line

12th Aug 2004

in mail merge, after i press "merge" i get 2 spaces after
the city line. I have not pressed enter when choosing
fields. I have "suppressed extra line space at bottom".
short of going thru all the labes to re-center them on the
label, HOW CAN I GET RID OF THEM ONCE AND FOREVER?
