"Blank Ink Only" option

I have an Epson Stylus C82 printer in which I changed the color cartridges.
Since then, I cannot print in color. My color documents print in black and
white. The Epson printer manual said, in this case, to turn off the "black
ink only" option, which is supposed to be a WIndows option. Does anyone know
how to do this? Thanks for your help in this matter.
