Blank entry in Control Panel

Hello

When I switch the Control Panel in Vista into Classic view, there is an
entry that has no name, it's icon is just a folder, and the Category is
"Additional Options". If you click on it you get an error that there is "no
association for this file"

Anyone know how to remove this?

This item does not show up in the Category view, BTW
