Blank content Outlook '03 or '07

Ok, I have been receiving what appear to be blank emails from some folks. If
I view source and then copy and paste to a file and give it an htm extension
I can view the entire message that was sent in a browser.

I don't run AVG.
I'm patched to the latest versions
I'm getting mail via POP, viewing the email in the web client shows the
message correctly.

Anyone have any suggestions?
