Blank content on email messages

The content on any outgoing messages from Outlook 2003 is blank.

Everything was fine until this afternoon.

I have tried resetting to "Rich Text", "HTML", "Western Europe (Winsdows)"
and nothing works.

Was there a recent update that screwed things up?
