I have exhcnage 5.5 and 2003 in mixed mode. We some some workstation with
outlook 2000 and outlook 2003 mail reader. THe issue is when the user with
outlook 2003 send out email to external email source and CCs any internal
domain user. The e-mail delivers with no problem but internal users e-mail
shows as blank address so you can't reply to ALL thus the it has
(??????????????) as the e-mail address. With outlook 2000 users, there are
no problems. I can't seem to figure out if i need a special patch since all
the patches are already installed.

Thanks,

You may be better off in the Exchange newsgroups, but lets take a stab at
it.

The OL2k3 clients, are they connecting to the 5.5 srever or the 2003 server?
Does it matter if the users cc'd are homed on the 5.5 or the 2k3 server?
What version server is the server that actually talks to the Internet?
Have you logged the SMTP conversation that the exchange server makes with
the Internet to see what is in the smtp header from the 2k3 users?

I'm assuming that it doesn't matter if the users are actually cc'd vs. being
on the To line as well.
