I have my blackberry set with three email accts. One of them is a email on a
server and that I am using outlook. When I send a message I also recieve the
message on my blackberry as a sent item in my inbox. I do not want to
recieve these, what do I do?

check the email options on the blackberry -you can disable saving the sent
items.

I believe what you are looking for can be fixed by doing the following within
the message inbox:

go to Options --> Email Settings and click the track-wheel to bring up the
menu. You should see an option for "Folder Redirection"

Selecting "Folder Redirection" allows you to select which folders you want
to sync to your handheld.
In your case, you probably don't want to have Sent items redirected to the
BlackBerry
