Hi, I have a fax/answering program on my computer. When I get a phone
message and/or fax, it puts a notification on my Outlook inbox. But, it
doesn't show up on my Blackberry. I've tried to set the 'rules' but that
doesn't work.

We don't know how the application puts the notification in Outlook in the
first place nor do we know which accounts you check with either Outlook or
your Blackberry.
