Hi,

I perform an autoarchive of the old messages in Outlook.
But the blackberry keeps these old messages that were autoarchived in Outlook.
It seems that the Outlook and BlackBerry don't synchronize together.

Can you help me to fix this issue?

blackberries will not synch "over the air." You need to either plug it in to
the computer and synch it, or if you are a business with an exchange server,
you can get the blackberry enterprise server.

Hi,

We use Exchange server and the blackberry enterprise server. When we delete
messages in Outlook,the BB synchronizes and deletes these meassges.

But the blackberry keeps these old messages that were autoarchived in Outlook.

Can you help me to fix this issue?

Outlook has nothing to do with synching. It is totally up to the software
you use to perform the sync. If it doesn't detect that the messages have
been removed from the folders, then you'll need to complain tp the sync
software vendor.
