Blackberry and Outlook Exchange Server 2003

We recently have purchased an Exchange Server 2003 and my salesmen all have
Blackberries. Of course there are all kind of changes, the tech upgraded all
the blackberries' software through blackberry website and they are all using
Outlook 2003 on there XP Pro laptops.

One of the many problems is that they are in the office and there blackberry
is turned on and recieving email - and the laptop is recieving email - but on
the laptop they are showing as "read" even though they haven't looked at them
on the laptop or blackberry. Is there a setting to change that all new mail
coming into the outlook on the laptop is marked as UNREAD and BOLD.

I am sorry if there is some information missing - if there is anything else
you need to know please ask.
