I have XP home on my laptop, and for no reason it now it
fails to give the login screen and goes directly to a
black desktop, with no icons, start menu, anything,
completly blank. Any combination of keys doesnt get
anywhere. The machine starts in safemode, but does exactly
the same thing, a black desktop, except with "safe mode"
in the corners. The cursor is fully movable arround the
dekstop, there just isnt anything you can do with it.
Anybody got any ideas? Additionally the XP-loading screen
takes a rather long time, however the 3 status blocks move
at their "normal" speed.
