Black Clock, how to delete

Hi,
for some reason, I have a small black clock icon on some files. This is
preventing some jobs to run (They use the files with the black clock).
How can I get rid of this icon? (the file attrib that create the icon)

I see you already found out these are offline (attribute O) files.
