Hi,
Is there a setting, tool, or option that can be changed so that it's a
little easier for the highlighting arrow to show up when I'm trying to light
up cells in a table? I have a great MS keyboard and a great wireless MS
Mouse, both have great control but I have a hard time trying to move the
cursor just right to get the black arrow to appear. Can someone help?
Thanks
catt

There are no setting in FP, cursors are control by Windows.

If your using FP 2003, enable the Quick Tag selector.
Then click the area you want to highlight, then click the Quick Tag that appears.

Thanks, I forgot to say I have Fp2002 so I guess the quick tag selector is
out for me. I figured that the cursor change was within the FP program
itself..but I guess not according to Mr.Rowe. I'll check my settings in "My
Computer"...maybe I can adjust them somehow. Thanks for the answers

Unfortunately it's not something you can adjust.

I agree, it's a pain to get the mouse cursor at exactly the right spot.

Changing the mouse cursor is done under Mouse settings in Control
Panel.....but if you change it, it will stay that way until you change it
back.

different mouse pointers usually come with Windows themes....but I think
there's a basic range of mouse pointers provided with the default Windows
installation.

Andrew,
The poster was asking about the little horizontal arrow in FrontPage, that's used to click on the
edge of a table or cell to highlight the entire table or cell.
