I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to make the apperance of windows
black and white. I'm talking about every window. If you click on log off or
turn off computer you can see what I'm talking about. Is there away to
change the color to black and white? Please help. thanks.

Look in: Display Properties | Appearance tab | Color Scheme | High
Contrast White.

I need everything to appear black and white. Just click on Start then click
on Log off or Turn Off Computer and you can see the screen change color. Is
it possible to change the color of the screen to black and white?

What John John placed in his post is the closest thing that
you will get to just black and white. Individual program
may or may not follow the Windows color scheme. If it
doesn't follow the color scheme you selected (such as Office
2007 has its own scheme) you can't change it to black and
white unless the program itself allows it.
