Black and white printing

's Computer Specifications

Is there a way to force black and white printing no matter which printer my
spreadsheet is sent to? I know how to change the setting each time I change
printers but am not always at the same office....

File>Page Setup>Sheet.

Checkmark "Black and White" then save the workbook.
