I posted a request for help on this on the "OUTFRONT" discussion board
but so far none have been able to get back to me.

I'm using Frontpage 2003. It's only a problem on bookmarke
items/links on a page I have created via the initial page (index).
go from the home page to the "Booking Info" page on my websit
(www.retrofits.ca) and all the bookmarked links change to the visite
color, but not the 'outside' links. Now, delete your internet histor
and temp files and approach the pag
"http://www.retrofits.ca/Booking_Info.html" on its own, the bookmarke
links change when engaged, one by one as touched upon. Any eas
solutions to this? I'm going nuts. I'm not a coder, I'm just usin
Frontpage like a simp. Thanks, for ANYONE who can help.

...
You can attempt to repeat this in Frontpage and you'll see that it wil
be a design .

1. Using a 1 page "New Page" option, select a simple template.

2. Now, create a Button that says "Other Page" and save this on wha
will be your Index page.

3. Using the "index" page as a template, save it under the nam
"Other_Page". (your web now has the two pages)

4. On this "Other Page", Rename the button to "Home" and link it to th
index page.

5. Anywhere on the "Other" page, type the words, "Bookmark1" then unde
that "Bookmark 2" and then insert bookmarks infront of them (call the
what you want).

6. Below the words "bookmark 1 & bookmark 2" type the words "Link 1
and underneath "Link 2".

7. Hyperlink the word "Link 1" to Bookmark 1 and "Link 2" to Bookmark
respectively. Save the page.

8. On the "INDEX" page, hyperlink the "Other_Page" button, to the Othe
Page and save the Index Page.

HERE'S WHERE THINGS GET WEIRD:

Close Frontpage, and go into your new Web and try this:

1. Click on the "INDEX" page, then click on the "Other Page" button
Once the "Other Page" button comes up, you'll see that the Links act a
if (by changing colour) they have already been spent/engaged.

2. Wipe your Internet History (by the way, I'm using I.E. 6, mos
recent version) and temp files then:

3. Call up the "Other Page" by itself. If you click on Link 1 and Lin
two, they behave properly.

WHAT IS THE WORKAROUND and/or PROBLEM HERE?

I thank any soul who can tell me what to do.

Thanks for trying this, and spending your time by the way. I appreciat
it immensly.

This is not a FP issue, this is a browser issue.
