BKDR_HACDEF.73.B & BKDR_HACDEF.E Viruses

I'm running Windows 2000 with TrendMicro. I have followed all the
instructions to remove the above two viruses, but they aleays return when I
restart my PC. Viruses are written to c:\winnt\hxdefdrv.sys and c:\winnt
\winunins.exe respectively. I have followed the instructions on the
website, deleting all the registry files and updating Windows. Please help.
