That's part of the Outlook LDAP address book provider. Do you need LDAP acces
to a server? If not, remove the LDAP service from Outlook. Tools>E-mail
Accounts>View or change existing directories or address books>Next. Select
the ldap service and click Remove, then Finish. Stop and restart Outlook.
