When I send an email through Outlook, sometimes the recipient will receive
the body of the message; sometimes only this type of message is received:

I have made no changes to my settings that would cause this. Some people
think I am avoiding them, because they receive a blank email.

Please help solve this dilemma!!

Thank you! Jeff
