I once installed a trial version of Norton undelete (I think it's the
name, don't remember clearly). Then I uninstalled it shortly after that.

But one thing the good program left ot me is that it created a strange
folder in my c:\recycler folder:

You can see every file has size information, but when I invoke the
"Properties" dialog in Windows Explorer, all information are empty (no
size, no datetime, and even no name!).

If I try to delete one of it, I got:

---------------------------
Error Deleting File or Folder
---------------------------
Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Try deleting the entire Recycler folder. Open a command prompt window
with Start > Run > cmd.exe > OK, then type:

rd /s C:\Recycler

If that works, your problem is solved. Windows will create a new folder
when it's needed.
