Somebody can say me like turning a Bitmap to a buffer of Bytes and the
buffer of Bytes to a string of characters, also to explain the inverse
process to me.

Hi Ronald,

You cannot access the data of a Bitmap object in the .NET Compact Framework.
For more information on the data contained in a bitmap file you can look at
