I'm posting this in case anyone can make use of it, although my own attempts
were not very successful! I'm not sure whether it counts as freeware or
webware. The online page enables a font to be made (webware) but it is
possible to download the completed font (freeware???)
Note 1: It is no longer possible to use Internet Explorer -- use Netscape or
Firefox.
Note 2: The online help file is in Japanese.
This is the nearest thing I have found to a font-making program.
