BitBlt problem

in one of my custom (System.Windows.Forms.)Control, to handle fast scrolling
I (Interop with) BitBlt to copy screen portion and do a minimalist redraw

However sometimes, when I have other control/windows on top of my control
(like a SIP, or a combobox drop down, or a "alert panel") the BitBlt just
mess everything.

It's why I wonder is there a way (win32 way probably) to know if any part of
my control is obscured ?
