**WARNING: OPINION, NOT A FLAME WAR***
I didn't like ZoneAlarm. When I had situations I had to remove it or
what-not it was always a problem; uninstall required complicated
steps, etc. I did not like the upgrades and just basically had my
hands up in the air over their tech support.
I have been using BItDefender Plus v10 for a little while now. I have
not had any issues. The tech support can be a pain (like everywhere)
but at least they don't charge for it like Symantec did and I was able
to get help directly from the company I bought it from when there was
an issue.

had it for sale. Google for "bitdefender" until you see their ad -
it's on their page through that. You can get 2 users and 2 years for 1
price which worked out great for my wife's laptop.
