Birthdays appearing as Multi-day event

I've got a problem with Birthdays in Outlook 2003. They used to appear
as an all day event with the age at that birthday in brackets next to
the name. Now it appears as a multi-day event.

Why has this happened and how can I solve the problem?

Thanks in advance.

Will

Outlook can't do that. Pocket Outlook on a Windows Mobile PDA can, however.

The most likely cause of this is a mismatch in the time zone and/or daylight
saving settings between Windows' clock and Outlook's Calendar options.
