Hi,
My contacts with birthday field completed aren't flowing through to
calender. Ive read a thousand threads on this topic but none of the
suggestions work.
What happens:
1) Existing contacts birthdays dont create a calender appointment even when
i edit and save. I acknowledge that i probably imported some of these via
CSV format; and
2) Brand new contacts...same problem.
Ive tried installing rsoutllook's reminder add-in and that doesn't work. I
can see the add-in is active under the COM Add-in section. I've sent 3
emails to them over the last two weeks and i'm yet to get a reply.
If i had hair i would be pulling it out!!! I have around 300 contacts and
would like to avoid manually going through and adding every birthday into
calender.
Any suggestions would be great.
