i need to create a dos boot disk and copy aflash.exe to it
to update my bios, but no access to dos. and aflash.exe
does not work with dos promt in windows. any suggestions??

In Windows XP you can create DOS boot floppy using standard format dialog.
Or you can download SFX floppy boot images from http://www.bootdisk.com
