BIOS update procedure

I have an ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe Rev 2.0 BIOS 1016
I can't find the instructions procedure how to update BIOS
from floppy disk.

A good place to start is open up your User Guide to page 4-1. Be sure to
download the latest version of AFUDOS.EXE from the ASUS WEB site.
