Hi,

What motherboard do you have?
To update your bios you'll have to go to the manufacturer of your
motherboard's website and download the latest bios.

Please make sure you follow the instructions to the T when updating your
bios as you can easily damage your motherboard if you flash the BIOS
incorrectly.

Check the web site of the manufacturer of the bios.
Name is displayed at boot up.
If its Award BIOS you are in luck as they have a wizard program that
automates the process.
