A new video tape has emerged in which Bin Laden claims responsbility for the
complete lack of new features in Windows 7. The tape, recently obtained by
Al Jazeera, has revealed that the whole Windows team were in fact hijacked
in midair on Christmas Day 2008, at which point Bin Laden claims 'their
creativity was successfully stifled by a process of advanced brainwashing'.

Since Bin Laden is seen brandishing an out-of-date Kalashnikov from the
Afghan war, plus a throwback to the 1980s walkie-talkie, and the backdrop
has been independently confirmed as some obscure cave in the Tora Bora
mountains, the CIA have concluded that the tape is undoubtedly genuine.
