How do I retrieve last months entries once they are removed at the beginning
of the next month?

You have left quite a bit of detail out so I'll have to make assumptions. If
you are talking about e-mail messages removed by "AutoArchive", look in the
Archive folder. If you are in a corporate environment and the messages were
removed as a result of an e-mail retention policy, you may be out of
luck...but check with the e-mail Admin to be sure.

Tim,

Sorry, for the lack of detail. I am talking about in the tasks section of
outlook, when you seperate billable projects by contacts and it tracks the
time and task. We have it set so it filters by month and at the beginning of
each month it clears the previous months tasks/hours. Is there a way to
retrieve the previous month once it has been cleared?
