Helo there all,

I'm looking for a freeware Bill's tracking / home acounting type program
with some specific features..

I want to be able to enter in the bills I have recieved and then be able to
enter
in a part payment and the program then can print me a report with the totals
owing to each utility company..

I hope I have been clear enough..

I have tried many different programs but none seem to have the feature of
showing
me a listing of how much I owe and to whom.
