ok until november i had a normal internet acces, i didnt lag in online games and everything was fine (i have cable internet), then my computer's configuration suffered some erased files, so i REINSTALLED WINDOWs, since then my internet is WAY SLOWER...i really think dial up is better at this point....i GET KICKED FROM ONLINE GAMES FOR BEING TOO LAGGY, i take QUITE TIME IN CHEKING MAILS...and well everything online related sort off SLOWED DOWN....is it my ISP (they tell me everything is alright, they reseted my modem and my connection but still i have the problem, i think it might be some sort of windows problem. CAN ANYBODY HELP?????
