Help, anyone!! Microsoft won't even recognize my product
id number, which is: 54196-752-2307385-16581. I have
even typed it in without the dashes and it still says the
number is incorrect.

My problem is in the "insert" tab of Front Page 2002, and
whenever I try to insert a photo, shape, word art etc. the
program freezes and I have to reboot my computer.

I just tried to insert a photo with the little icon for
photos also and the screen freezes. I get an error
message which says:

File name VM(07)+ 0000076E
Error: OE:0028:C023376E
Error: 06:30FO:0000C14A

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Have you tried the usual repairs
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
3) In Windows Explorer Find and delete the file CMDUI.PRF
4) Disable or Uninstall any FP Addins
5) Run a Repair / Reinstall on FP & IE
6) Install all Service Packs for your OS, IE, and MS Office

PS - VM is not a FP file (what are you running in the background)
