Big speaker problem. Please help me anyone

i Just bought some new logitech speakers without a subwoofer, and when i
first connected them they were fine, now one speaker isn't working at all and
the other isn't working properly it's like really scrambly, and i have just
restarted my computer. please help anyone, thank you

You have just "restarted" your computer? What do you mean, a reboot or
reinstalled WindowsXP? If you reinstalled XP, then you'll need to reinstall
your soundcard drivers. If you rebooted, check where you have the speakers
plugged in, or your connections.
