BIG RUSH - need some hand holding regarding Sysprep 1.1

OK so call me an idiot,...better yet treat me like one. I
want to use Sysprep 1.1 with the .inf sample file ( that
comes with it )which has all of the IDE controllers on it.

Can someone explain in detail what and where and how I
impliment BOTH of these files ( sysprep.exe and
sysprep.inf ) so that when I run sysprep and then image
this drive, I will have less of a problem with the blue
screen of death refering to the "inaccessible Drive"
related to IDE controllers.

REMEMBER, I'm an idiot so make it simple. :-)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
