ive just learnt how to use this movie maker and suddenly Im getting a big red
cross when I want to go back and edit either a picture post or a video post?
the pictures are stored on my computer but I cant figure out what is the
problem. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Try right clicking the red Xs and see
if you can browse to the source files.

      6th Aug 2006
A red cross indicates that MM cannot find the picture or movie. Have you
moved them? Renamed them? MM should say it can't find them and ask you to
locate them for it, so just navigate to the new place they are.

Thank you for replying to my message. I understand what you are saying about
the 'video/picture' "missing" I think it was because I had NOT copied the
video from my flash card to my computer - hence when I removed the flash card
from the reader - MM couldnt find the 'file'.

OK that solves that problem.

But another one I made out of 'still' photos that I had copied to the right
file, but MM still comes up with the big red cross. And I cant figure out
what the problem is here??

Another thing that happened, was the music that I added to the clip, that
also got the Big X???

Hope you can help me out?
