When formatting a hard disk of 300GB connected to a controller RAID Adaptec
2400A (updated with the latest BIOS) there are severe stability problems,
i.e. the computer awaits indefinitely the end of the process and the partion
results to be corrupted. The same disk connected to an IDE channel of the
mainboard has no problem. We thank very much for any help.
