You don't mention which version of Windows you are using, but, try the

"I've been blessed with something called "Big Fish Toolbar" and don't seem
to be able to get rid of it. It does not appear under "Add/Remove" in
Control Panel, so there's no way I can uninstall it.
I would like to get rid of the toolbar, but don't know how. I don't even
know the name of the file that runs it and where it's located.
