Bidirectional Interorg Problem

I have 2 exchange site 2003, the replication works only in one direction , i
have a subfolder created on the subcriber and replicate everything from root
of the publisher to a folder in subscriber.

This works from publisher to subcriber , but change from subscriber does not
replicate to publisher even though i have bidirectional selected .Error in
the log file is as follows:
error:unable to create cpublicfolderconnector objects.
any help?
