Check yopu BIOS and make sure that you have EPP or ECP capabilities turned
on for your physical printer port.
After making the change, go to the server's device manager and delete all
the printer ports. Refresh and reinstall the port drivers (hopefully this
time the system will choose the bidirectional ones over the default
unidirectional ones).
