Occasionally, when I am deleting a large number of eMail messages from a
folder in Outlook 2007, the status bar indicates that all of the messages
have been deleted, but then the header changes to "Beyond Next Month", and
under that it fills up with placeholders for messages that do not exist. The
sender and subject are completely blank for each, it says "None" for the
date, and the flag and color categorization icons are there. It locks up
Outlook and I have to close and reopen. This time, it happened trying to
delete 707 messages. Anyone having this issue or know of a workaround?

Exchange, 2003 I believe. The server is right on the same subnet. Not using
cached Exchange mode if that makes a difference.
