With the glowing recommendation of Office Marketplace, I purchased this
product for use with Outlook 2002 after receiving written communication from
the vendor that it came with a "thirty-day money-back satisfaction guarantee".

I bought, downloaded, installed, evaluated and deleted this program on
November 17, 2005. Despite several voice and e-mail assurances from Critical
Path, I still have not received a refund. AMEX has finally intervened to get
my money back.

Not only will I never purchase another product from Critical Path, I'll be
very skeptical about other vendors recommended by Microsoft Office
Marketplace.
