The query about music paper reminded me that I read about -- and then
tried -- a beta thing from yahoo which tries to let you filter out the
"shopping site" floods that one can get in google.

http://mindset.research.yahoo.com/

The idea is that it tries to sift out the maddening thing of looking
for reviews on stuff, and getting a bunch of shopping search-engines
that tell you diddly squat.

It's got potential, I think.

There's an extension for Firefox that filters out ads from the
search results - CustomizeGoogle. Another reason to use FF!

Don't speak ill of Google. Google knows ALL!
You just have to know how to ask politely, using
the correct grammar and syntax of Googlese, that's all! :O)

hehe

Give an infinite number of monkeys typewriters and they'll
produce the works of Shakespeare. Unfortunately, I feel like I'm
reading all the books where they didn't.

Now *that* is funny. ;-)
